Shipping destinations:

  • We ship both locally and worldwide.
  • International customers should also be aware they may receive import tax or customs fees.  We do not pay these fees.  Customers are in charge of paying these in order to release their package.

Shipping times:

  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

  • Shipping will be charged depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

 

Canopies

Shipping information:

  • We do not offer shipping on canopies through our website. 
  • The website will allow for orders to be placed for local pick up or fitment at our location (42 Magnesium St, Narangba QLD 4504)
  • For customers based in Australia who would like a canopy to be shipped it is recommended to contact us directly, and we will do our best to accomodate.  Please note we are only able to ship to a business address with a fork lift available.

 

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 
  • Prices are advertised in Australian dollars.

 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than AUS dollars.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy*:

  • If a product was faulty upon a delivery or incorrectly ordered - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please email sales@3xm.com.au with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (for example personlized canopies).  We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.  Please get in touch if your have questions of concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of "On Sale" items or gift cards.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods.

We endeavour to ship all spare part orders as quickly as we are able.
