  • These are not shipped with insurance due to glass, though these almost always arrive perfectly intact and are packaged to ensure a safe journey, their safety cannot be guaranteed. New window frame not matching up on the body

The windows look great and appear to be god quality, but I do have some concerns. The frame and glass did not match the radius of the body on my 60 in the upper leading edge of the window. In fact there is a hole and I was able to fill, with the provided rubber gasket, by forcing it towards the frame as I tightened the screws. Please advise if this is normal or how to remedy the situation, as I'm afraid it will leak.
